Cognitive Dissonance: feelings of discomfort that result from holding two conflicting beliefs

My name is Casper Stith, and I am insane.  I should preface that by saying that the reality which we inhabit is insane, therefore I am insane by association.

Most people think that the ‘crazies’ of the world are locked up in prison or hidden away in an asylum, but could that be a mistake?

People are forced to live nomadic lifestyles because their land has been stolen from them and their families slaughtered, and we worry about what kind of car we drive.

Children haven’t eaten a full meal their entire lives, yet we are consumed with losing weight so we appear more attractive to others.

People throughout the world are malnourished and disease ridden, but aren’t we the ‘sick’ ones?
